    Billing address stays put, and the phone follows the country

    Refreshing Billing no longer wipes a saved address. The mobile field starts with the country's calling code — +32 for Belgium, +31 for the Netherlands — and asks for a mobile number.

    Add a card from Billing, and a full billing address

    Add new card now opens a page that saves a debit or credit card and does not charge you. The billing address asks for first and last name, email, mobile, two address lines, postal code, city, country, date of birth and place of birth.

    Change password, a real status page, and an honest changelog

    You can change your password while signed in. The shop now has a status page that asks the live shop if it is up — no fake green badge — and this changelog. Dedicated sending addresses are still not for sale; we will not pretend they are.

    Receiving: on, and rehearse a broadcast

    A domain whose mail signpost points at us now shows Receiving: on, even if sending is still pending. Broadcasts can be rehearsed like automations: the whole send runs, log rows are written, and no letter leaves the building.

    Live cards, two shops, and the prices finally agree

    A real card can upgrade a plan. Transactional and marketing are two separate shops on one account. The site, the desk, and Stripe now charge the same euro numbers. Going past your monthly allowance can be billed instead of blocked, if you switch that on.

    Mail sent to you can land here

    A letter addressed to a mittera domain can show up in Receiving. Mail for a name we do not host is refused. We did not take over the Hostinger inbox.

    The log actually searches, and knocks keep a history

    Search looks through the whole log, not just the last page on screen. Metrics split by sending domain and by broadcast. Every webhook knock is kept, with a way to send it again.

    When someone joins, wait, then send

    Automations: a drip is a list of waits and sends. A wait is a date on a row, not a sleeping process, so a restart costs nothing. You can rehearse the whole sequence without mailing anyone.

    Try it without mailing real people

    Test mode. A test key and a Live/Test switch. Letters land in the log tagged Test and do not count against the plan. Seven outcomes can be rehearsed by picking the recipient.

    The site no longer tells you to install a package that does not exist. Language pages show a real REST call that was actually run.

    Write a letter from blocks

    Templates are built from pieces (heading, text, button) and rendered to HTML that still works in Outlook. Merge tags like first name fill from the contact.

    Send later, send many, attach a file

    Book a letter for later. Send a pile in one call. Attachments up to 10 MB. A broadcast to a whole list no longer freezes the desk.

    Dump in a spreadsheet of people

    Upload a CSV of contacts. Bad rows are named, not fatal. Download the list again. Hitting the plan cap is a clear sentence, not a crash.
